Promptness and Packaging: All returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the original customer shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be in compliance with the policy stated directly above in the "Damaged Products" section. Blue Thunder reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in compliance with our policies.
Damaged Goods Return Authorization: Blue Thunder requests that you email or call prior to returning an item. We will then issue "return authorization" and will know to expect your item to arrive within a few days.
Incorrect Item Received: Blue Thunder will replace incorrect item and pay the return shipping charges. Blue Thunder will reimburse customer the standard shipping rate only.
